Anyone supercharged their c7 that has an A6, how's that working out? also is there anything that can be done to improve this transmissions response time etc. I find it to shift great when I'm really getting on it, but otherwise it kinda slow.
we have done quite a few and they all are still kicking ***, one of them currently makes 748 rwhp and he daily drives it and beats the living hell out of the car Feel free to pm, call the shop, or email me whatever questions you have and I will help you out
Have not heard of any issues so far with the A6, no matter whats been done to it. Shifting is very firm and crisp stock, and a little tuning makes it even better.
Our ProCharged Company owned Auto car, even with the nearly 200+ dyno pulls, (3) solid days of road corse abuse, plenty of 1/4 mile passes, not to mention daily abuse. It keeps on running strong.
Honestly, we bought that car, drove it home with 100 miles on it. And its literally had nothing but WOT, and Boost since then.
Killer trans, killer car, and even better with boost!
Mine is doing fine, 9lbs of boost, headers and Meth, catch can, torque converter, put down 672 to the wheels, goona go to 12 lb pulley
I'm going to have a similar setup on my Z51 A6.. ECS, LT headers, meth, LMR catch can and a cam.. I'm told if I get the more aggressive bigger cam, I will have to swap out my torque converter. Was that your experience or did you just want the ability to launch harder at the track?
I just did it to launch harder, it is an animal with 672 to the tire, going for 12lb pulley should be 730 plus to the tire, maybe NOS would like to build 1000 to tire stock block heads
