Recently, I had my 2014 Z51 A6 alignment done after hitting a pothole on the drivers side a couple weeks prior. Once I got the vehicle to the house, I realized they had increased the - camber to -1.7° +/- .02° on all 4 tires. This is not what I expected & was planning on taking the vette back once I replaced the brake pads that I had purchased.
After replacing the front pads, I took it off the lift & quickly realized the car was no longer aligned. The only thing that changed was the brake pads & upon reinstalling the wheels, there's an 80% chance they were not placed back in the same wheel lugs before they were removed.
Originally when I got the alignment, I asked the dealership to look for damage to the wheels & suspension, when I picked up the car, they said there was none. After all the issues with the alignment, I took my gopro stuck it in front of the rear wheel looking back & drive it around the neighborhood. You can see the rear wheel has a small but distinct wobble so I know there's damage. My question is regarding the front alignment going back out after removing & reinstalling the wheels, is this a problem with the spindles or the wheels themselves?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

Taking wheels off and reinstalling them would not change the alignment.
Im putting it on the lift again & rig up a dial ind. or something to measure TIR. I'll first label the wheels & tires to they're original position (LF, RF, etc...) but I suppose changing the wheels from left to right would tell me whether the damage is in wheels or suspension...
When I 1st got my 2014 it pulled to the right horribly---I took it back to the dealer and the tech told me the alignment wasn't even close !!!!----In your case I agree you may have bent a spindle or a rim----But the alignment may have never been right from day 1--
