Purchased an intune 1000 and updated it to the newest version, plugged it in and it said I have an unknown pcm and have to email support, I did, they told me what files to send, sent the required files and never heard back, they obviously got off early before Christmas break, anybody have the file that they were sending out? My cars a 2015 base M7, thanks a lot!
Did you send the files to me or one of our guys?
Please email support@diablosport.com and ask them to send you the latest gm tune database and they'll send it to you Monday, were closed today and I am out of the office until Jan 2.
I had that problem too and after 7 weeks and about 5 different updated tunes I was told there was no PCM tune for the 2015s at that time. They thought I had a 2014. So does the 2015 A8 have a PCM tune now? I was told not yet but that was a couple weeks ago. When I bought it I thought it had the PCM tune included, but found out the site did not say it does not have the 2015 PCM tune, it just says what it does have so you have to read very careful. I went back to stock as I couldnt even feel the throtlle response change even with maxed out numbers even. So not sure if that area is related with the PCM and wont really work until the A8 PCM can be tuned?
diablosport is an awesome bunch of guys. They work very hard and try their best to get everyone up and running. i just got my '15 yesterday, and i have an intune from my C6. After 1-2k miles ill be running their AFE tune. Have patience, it will pay off...

Ended up getting a tune sent to me, now it doesn't even back up my pcm first before trying to tune it, it simply pops up now right away with that my vin isn't licensed and from what I understand it says my device is registered to another vin all the sudden, anyone else have this issue?

I'm glad for you.
That's not been my experience with them going back three to seven years. They may work very hard, and try their best, but they make statements, and claims that they can't deliver on.
I'm sure the majority of users have no problems, but if you happen to be one of the unfortunates that bought, based on their claims of vehicle, or systems coverage that they were never able to deliver on, then we have had a different experience.

Thanks for the kind words!

Unfortunately it seems, as we discussed via email this morning, that your tool was locked to a 2010 (truck?) before it was sold to you, but your calibrations are now supported

Going back 7 years, there has been an ownership change, as well as lots of new product developments, and additional support.
I'm guessing you are referring to a lack of TCM on the old Predator models, that has been addressed and all current applications (except 8 speed auto) have full TCM support on both inTune and Trinity.
Obviously Mike responded for themselves, but from my experience there has never been another person besides you that has not been able to be helped. everyone i researched before buying was excellent (except for one tuner on here), but i wanted control over my tunes and this worked out great for me!! I wish their software was cheaper to tune ourselves but the adjustable parameters work just fine for what i need, and a custom tune is only a few dollars when i decide to go that route... I actually had some questions for a tuner on here and was going to try an in person tune with my new C7, but after being told "don't be a dick and we'll work together fine" i decided i'll stay with my intune...

Mike was great to figure things out promptly, after many hours wasted trouble shooting and trying to get things to work, and mike telling me what the reason was, I found out the previous owner that told me had restored the intune and truck to stock obviously did not and had said he had heard a Diablo intune will tune up to 5 vehicles..... Once I head up to work I'll get the in tune cleared and when I come home I now have the 2015 tune waiting to be loaded to experience some gains

Could you explain further about your comment about the 8 speed auto. I bought a T1000 with the intent to install this on my car in a few months. The 8 speed auto comment caught my attention as I have an 8 speed auto. I bought this from Maryland Speed during their Black Friday sale.
edited/deleted post due to wrong information sorry

It will be a minimum of a few months before I even consider installing the tune, however when I install it, I want it to be a one shot deal.
The initial Trinity release for 2015 was for M7 only, as Trinity does not like to skip the TCM the way inTune will allow you to.
We are about to release an update that will allow Trinity to work on the 15 A8 for PCM only for now, while T87 work is in development. Once A8 TCM support is available, it will be a Free update for any Trinity in the field.
