Do you have a gauge inside your car to see how much PSI the supercharger is pushing?

If you mean the factory one and no an aftermarket yes, it replaces the coolant temp gauge.

I've always added aftermarket gauges to all my boosted cars. Highly recommended. I once found a faulty boost-regulator with one in competition. All the best.
