Sorry to sound stupid, but my C6 was an auto and I am getting more and more comfortable with my M7. But...
What is the rev limiter buttons and how do you use it? All I know is the gears in the dash turn yellow when I press it.

what rev limiter button are you talking about?
edit: you mean rev matching paddles. that's for when you are decelerating to a corner and put the clutch in to shift to a lower gear, the engine will rev to the appropriate rpm to smooth it out. it is called rev matching and removes the need for "heel and toeing"
