Adding HUD to a non-HUD Z51?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything on the subject. Does anyone make a complete kit to add hud to my 1lt

I don't know what if anything ever came of this - but looks like a vendor was working on a kit.

Haven't looked at RonC7's link, but there was a gentleman on the forum who did do HUD installs on non-HUD C6s. Maybe a query in the C6 general forum might get some answers.

I looked at that thread once. Based on the state of that dash, it looks like it might be easier to do a human brain transplant. And for $2k? The color HUD is kinda nifty, but not $2k nifty. Maybe $500 nifty. Sorry HUD fans... It's kinda gimmicky. Didn't care for it, even in color.
