Default Did I break the auto rev matching function?

Hello everyone, on my way home tonight I attempted a simple downshift from 3rd to 2nd with the feature on, but as I engaged second the amber color of the gear changed to white and the downshift was not rev matched. I definitely did not flick the paddles. Now, the car feels a bit strange as I accelerate in 1st up to about 3000 rpm. It sounds a little different but it is hard to explain. Did I blow my clutch? I'm only at 6000 miles on my 2014 7mt, and I have never even gone to the track with this car. What the hell is going on? lol

Do you see a white dash. where gear indicator is at? Did you some what miss the gear or take too long to shift?

A gear indicator in the instrument
cluster displays the current gear
selected:
. When ARM is activated, the
gear number is amber.
. When ARM is deactivated, the
gear number is white.
. A white dash indicates that
service is required. ARM will be
disabled, and the malfunction
indicator lamp will be on. See
Malfunction Indicator Lamp on
page 5-15. The clutch and
manual transmission will
continue to operate normally.
ARM will also:
. Be active above 32 km/h
(20 mph).
. Match engine speed up to
5400 rpm.
. Not operate when the
accelerator pedal is applied.
. Be disabled when the coolant
temperature is below 0°C (32°F).

I didn't miss the gear at all or take too long to shift. As soon as I put the car in second the amber color around the gear indicator switched to white and the downshift was not rev matched so it was extremely bumpy.

I don't think it rev matches downshifts below 20 MPH. I make sure to shift to second before hitting 20 MPH
