CAGS Sensor Defeat

I just ordered a CAGS defeat device from Southern. My only concern is with voiding my warranty. Any thoughts? I truly hate the trany as it is with that idiotic 1 to 4 bs.

No need to worry the cags was the first thing to go when I bought my car.

No one will say anything, the cags is only there to keep the gov off GM's back.

Thanks, I've only had the C7 half a week and just can't deal with that mickey mouse kludge. My C6 is an automatic so i never had that issue. I was so set on a C7 manual.

I have had the M7 for a year. The 1-4 shift happened one time. As long as you accelerate above 18 mph, it won't engage. Like I was told...drive it like a Corvette!

My son who has had M6 & and a 15' M7 Vert, says WHY?... While I now have a 15' A8, I installed in all my M6 GTO's & Vettes. If only 1 time you do the 1-4 boogie and then get bogged down in traffic, you will see that the $25. mod was worth it.
