Loud fan

I find that the cooling fan on my 2014 is very loud. When the engine is running and I stop at a light I hear the fan which seems like it is always on. Is this normal ?

Is it warm enough where you live that you have the AC on? The fan will be running to cool the condenser. OR if you are running at full throttle between lights you are generating enough engine heat to cause the fan to be commanded on

I am in S.Florida and the fan on a lot makes sense as you pointed out. I feel the noise level of the fan is hi. I have an older Camaro with an elec cooling fan and you cannot hear when it cycles on . I wonder if anyone else is noticing this ?

Mine was like that. It annoyed me and a kid at Wendy's drive through asked me if I had been racing because it was so loud (I hadn't). I changed the thermostat to a Lingenfelter 170 degree and haven't heard the fan since.
