Default C7 Targa Top Grommet missing

Does anyone have an IPB for the interior trim?

I have lost the grommet on the top receiving pin. Does anyone have a P/N?

Thanks in advance

No great news for you - it's not listed as an individual part.

If it helps you explain to a parts department or to Gene (Cultrag), etc. the pin on the roof is 11562047, and you're looking for the grommet covering for the receiver to that pin.

There is a small possibility that the grommet is part of that panel assembly, as it's not part of the weatherstripping. The part numbers on those upper panels (non-sueded) are 23176134 for the Left Panel and 23176135 for the Right Panel (shown below for reference).

I will let you know if I find anything else out.

Default Have to order the whole assembly

Special thanks again to you Theta, I checked with my local dealer, and the grommet is not available, you have to order the entire panel for replacement.

My local dealer is kind enough to cover it under warranty, so it is on order. The price (for those that are curious) is around $150 for the assembly if it happens out of warranty.

What a waste, this part should be available. I see this being a wear item as the roof is put on and off. Others have commented that theirs are torn from insertion.

Maybe Chevrolet Customer Care will look into this?

That was my fear - there are quite a few panels on this car that are like that with regard to supplementary pieces.

Glad to hear they got you covered on it.
