Sure, as long as you get a custom dyno tune you'll be fine.

Ported intake manifold also helps greatly on forced induction applications. Just something to think about since you're changing over the TB anyway.

Nope - just smooths out the runners and cleans up/removes the tube sitting right in front of the throttle blade.

If anything will add stress on your engine --it will be the SC and NOT the T-Body--LOL
A SC adds what 100 HP and a ported T-Body maybe 10 ???
To me the main benefit I observed with my Weapon X T-Body was awesome throttle response at low and midrange RPM----On your car this would be pre boost---
After a tune and adding the weapon X---My throttle response was so aggressive that I actually had to DE-TUNE the TQ response tables in my tune because it was not fun to drive--wanted to spin the tires at every stoplight---That told me that their product really does wake up a car and it's response--especially at P/T
