With 500 miles on the car, I started hearing a grinding noise while turning. Seemed to be worse when turning to the right. Only a few degrees past center and the sound was like applying a knife blade to a grinding wheel. The dealer looked at it this morning and found the left front wheel dust shield contacting the rotor when turning. I was back on the street in 30 minutes. They say these components are manually installed at the plant. It was slightly misaligned. The new one is quiet. Has anyone else experienced this issue on a new C7?
