Header install PDFs (Kooks and ARH)?

Header install PDFs (Kooks and ARH)?
Does anyone have PDF versions of the installation instructions for Kooks and/or ARH? I have not been able to find them on their respective websites. It's pretty annoying that for the $ being charged these simple things just aren't there.

There are no install instructions with the headers. I did a search on here and Google to pick up as many tips as I could before my install. Here is what I did for installing Arh's on my Z51. Some have done it slightly different.
-Disconnect battery
-Remove coil covers
-Remove fuse box
-Remove heat shields on manifolds
-Remove plug wires and plugs
-Remove plate under car to get access to mid pipes
-Remove mid pipes and unplug 02 sensors
-If you have a Z51 drain oil
-Disconnect dry sump oil lines from oil pan
-Remove starter. (Some say this is not necessary) I think it makes things easier if removed.
-Drop the manifolds out from the bottom
-Install headers from the bottom
-Make sure to install 02's before installing headers and plug them up while you are putting the headers in from the bottom.
-Make sure 02 wiring is not laying on the headers or mid pipes.

Here are the instructions I used for my ARH headers. Exact same steps as the Pfadt headers. Worked perfectly. I printed them off, put them in a binder and went through it marking off the steps as I went.
