Meth results w/ECS Kit
What a difference, the car before with just the ECS kit and tune(545/505) felt great and was very OEM like in power delivery.
Now the car feels much more urgent over 3500rpm. Picked up 92hp and 34ft lbs of torque. Not a lot of torque but the car is much faster all around. Traction is still decent, it is on the limit in 2nd gear, slipping a bit, 3rd holds, have not really tried to get on it in 1st gear but I do not expect to get much traction. Even 1/2 throttle and short shifting the car seems much faster.
New numbers were 636/549 SAE. ECS, 100 percent Meth, and no restrictor plate. No headers or other exhaust work done.
Phil said I would need a vent/catch afterwards to keep the smell away and I do. It is an odd smell though, it is oil but it doesn't smell like a strong oil smell so maybe its the meth giving it that odor?
Before the meth I had zero odor but I'll put a catch can on it and vent it below.
This also should disprove the perception(including me at one time) that centri's do not make good torque through the range.
What catch can are you planning to go with?
Finally had some clear road and its pretty nuts. At the limit of the tire but if I do a wide body with more tire I could see a bit more next year.

Hopefully you still have the restrictor plate installed in your ECS because if you don't then you probably are making around 14 pounds of boost with those pistons that is too much for a stock Lt1,

I am the guy that posted my numbers (508 RWHP) last week and you sent me a PM. However, that's a discussion for another time and place. I sent you a PM because I'm not one to discuss vendor issues or bash them publicly.
I just installed my LMR breather tank with the revised hose routing. Any odor, vapor, or smoke has been completely eliminated. See photo.
I would tend to disagree with you on the torque comment when comparing centrifugals vs twin screws. It's not about peak torque, it's about how quickly low rpm torque comes in; a flat curve that comes in as low as 2K-2.5K rpm. The twin screws are superior in this regard. My Magnacharged LS3 (565 RWHP) made just under 500 ft lbs at 2.5K rpm, 525 at 3K rpm before peaking at 550 ft lbs.
That's the kind of "push your a** in the seat" sensation that is so much fun on the street.
