Default Diablo Intune/ Custom Tune Problem. Help!

I've got a 2015 C7 A8 with TSP headers and catless xpipe. It's also got an afe intake. I ordered a Diablo Intune and had a custom tune built for the mods I have. Obviously, I have no rear O2 sensors. After flashing the tune I get rear O2 codes P0158/P0161. My tuner swears the codes have been shut off in the tune and says I am not getting the tune flashed to the car. I've reflashed it three times with the same codes each time. I'm extremely frustrated but perhaps I'm messing something up. Here's how I tuned it. Let me know. The first video is of me flashing it. Then I drive it to show it is flashed (I think). Then the last is of the code popping and me pulling it. Hopefully a tuner pro or Diablo rep can chime in.

post up a copy of the last tune written and original backup tune files from the tool and I can take a quick look at 'em for ya...

you should not have to modify the custom tune when you install it... dod/afm would already be off/disabled in the custom tune if he built your custom tune from your last tune written file like they should have.. you should just select the custom tune and install it as is, don't modify it..

and when installing tunes, you need to make sure everything inside the vehicle is off - lights, stereo, fan/blower, etc.. make sure doors are closed, don't operate power windows, lights, radio, etc..

OP:

I would definitely take Lew up on this offer to check out your custom tunes, etc. This is nice of him to offer to do this. FWIW, perhaps you should have Lew write you up a new custom tune for your mods. His prices are very reasonable and he knows what hes doing and has a good reputation on this forum regarding his C7 custom tunes via Diablo devices.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck on getting this taken care of.

Your handheld device Trinity or Intune will show the last tune written. That should be proof enough if the flash completed successfully.

Default Thanks for all the help

I sent my tune over to Lew to look at. Clearly a knowledgeable guy. As it turns out the tune was not calibrated correctly. I got a replacement tune and it works like a charm. Seems to run pretty well now and no CEL!

With EFILIVE even if you turn codes OFF for something like cat removal the data logger will still show the codes--However they are all in YELLOW which means they are not reported---A code in EFILIVE that is in RED is one that will show up on a smog situation ------- Smog shops do not have the ability to read codes that are YELLOW--
A red code in EFILIVE will produce a check engine light---However a yellow code will NOT produce a check engine light---I am assuming the same goes for Diablo
