What Intercooler configuration for Procharger?
I am looking to purchase a Procharger kit for my 15' Z51 in the next few days. What is the general consensus on the best intercooler configuration for a back roads cruiser? Horizontal or vertical?
Also does anyone have any recommendations on vendors? Looking for the best price shipped to my door obviously.

If you are doing back road cruising and not tracking the car hard, either will work. If you enjoy taking the car to autocross or road courses, horizontal is a must. If you find yourself at the dragstip every couple weekends, probably best to go vertical.
If you are just driving around the area with it, I would suggest Horizontal myself, but neither one should make a big difference for what it sounds like you are doing.

Vertical vs. Horizontal Intercooler
I have the vertical intercooler. I have run 1/2 mile and one mile events; no issues with engine oil temp or coolant. I do not monitor inlet air temps.
