So I ordered this "deal" on April 30th, i got the intake about 9 days ago (over 8 weeks after ordering), but still don't have the kooks products. What gives? I've called multiple times and customer service always states "We've got a big shipment of headers coming in next week, and your order should be part of that".
Poor customer service, missing ship dates (4-6 weeks and I'm now at almost 10 weeks), refusal to give a refund (before the intake had shipped), and other general BS; I really don't get how the moderators allow this company to continue to be a vendor.

That's interesting...I ordered some non-coated ones last year. Was told 2 to 4 weeks and ended up taking nearly 9 weeks to get mine. I kept getting a similar runaround, but thought that perhaps mine was just an anomaly. Starting to sound like my case may have been standard practice.

I ordered mine March 17th. They showed up on August 3rd. Nearly 20 weeks!


Same issue. Customer service couldn't tell me when they would be in. I got everything at a great price, but not worth the wait.

Anyone receive their headers yet? Just curious I am getting ready to send out my email. LOL 3 weeks ago I was told they were on their way. I expected something last week. At this point there's nothing I can do. Lesson learned. Looks like I have a winter project I guess. LOL
