I uploaded. My tune raised the rev limit in gear 400 more that's the most I can go is that okay also put the throttle response to from 0 to 12 and it has a Dod on/off option should I leave it on or off
Do you know what that option does? DOD is the same as AFM. Setting it to off, will prevent the car from entering 4 cylinder mode. If that is something you want to do, then set it off. But if you have a manual transmission, might as well leave it on, so you have the option.
As for raising the redline, my opinion, for what it's worth, is that GM set the redline where it is for a reason. Unless you're tracking the car, and really think you'll get an advantage from an extra 400 rpm, leave redline where Chevy set it.

If he is going to 1/4 mile the car, the raise in the redline will allow him to trap in 3rd gear. I would raise it 200 rpm. I have been thinking about doing it myself. I just made a pass thru the 1/4 and trapped at 117 mph and had to shift into 4th very close to the first beam of two that measures your trap speed. I feel I can et better if I dont have to cross the line in the bottom of 4th gear and 1 less shift

Yes dod takes off the 4 cylinder but I herd that is making the engines fail that's why I'm thinkin about taking it off
I never really over revved it even tho I raised it but is it okay to rev the extra 400 since I raised it

They say your sapose to finish in 4th to allow the 119 120 traps shifting into 4th and still have room to finish they said you'll no that's a good run

Nothing personal, but I just love these posts from people who "heard" something. Who did you hear it from, and what it their level of expertise. If a dealer tech tells you they've seen multiple failures due to DOD, that might mean something. If some random dude on the internet says the same thing, it's probably meaningless.
No one outside of GM can tell you how many actual failures of the DOD equipment there have been. But if you take the time to search this and other online forums, I don't think you'll find any reported failures of the valve train due to the DOD mechanism. That's under street use, of course. If you're really drag racing a lot, and over-revving the engine, all bets are off.
You didn't answer my question about transmission. If you have an M7, the car won't enter 4 cylinder mode unless you select Eco drive mode, so there's no reason to disable it. If you have an A8, the choice is yours.

Yes no point of shutting it off but if I put it in Eco mode and shut it off then idk but people are posting that and sayin gm is making a new system for dod not sure how true cuz of the failures
GM is working on a new system because it will be much more sophisticated and offer greate mpg improvements. ALL the auto makers are scrambling to find ways to improve mpg without reducing power greatly, because federal mpg standards are going to gradually get a lot tougher, beginning with the 2017 model year.
Like I said, I've seen no reports of failures in the LT1 AFM system. But if you're going to be tracking the car a lot, and exceeding redline....
Shutting it off won't hurt anything but gas mileage.
Designer Imagines A Corvette That Looks More Like a Corvette Than the Corvette
