Default Help with timing marks

anyone help me with the timing marks, is this engine just like the ls motor,my new cam is in the car now just want to verify and also is the piston firing order the same with number 1 piston on driver side front, and head bolt torq seqence thanks for ur help in advance

These should help you. also, the firing order is: 1-8-7-2-6-5-4-3

There are actually 4 books, and they are about 1000 pages each LOL. These are the factory service manuals offered through Helms. They are a bit expensive though to be honest. You can buy them here: http://www.helminc.com/helm/product2...14Y&itemtype=N. that's for the whole set. Hope it helps

Barely anything changed. They will not have a different release, just a supplemental book for the A8 trans. Will still need this set first
