Interesting - - would love to know how they came up with the name 'Easter Egg' Mode for cancelling out the TPS (page 16 of the referenced read).

Easter Egg is a term used for decades when software developers hide little undocumented features in there software. Just about every piece of software has at least one Easter Egg from Microsoft Windows to Google browser.
Google it, it's pretty cool.
