Grinding noise during take off

Grinding noise during take off
Members,
Recently my C7 (2014/10k miles) started to make this grinding noise during take off (1st gear or reverse). I've found a video online and my car sounds just like this "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEiqgg9oyMU" during every take off. I've send my car to the dealer and the answer I got back from GM is "continue to drive for another few weeks to see if this noise goes away". This really worries me as the noise sounds like something is grinding and it's causing damage to the car.
