Hello guys first of all i wish u guys accept me as a new member here
im form Kuwait and i have 2014 corvette z51 package ...
i had install kooks headers with x-pipes and afe air intake .. at the dyno test it reached about 460 whp and 466 torque .
everything going perfectly but i had that cut out issue if i close the cutouts the sound goes so cool and loud on the 1-2-3 gear
when i change to 4 or 5 the soud goes like touring sound automatically
any one here had the same problem? or may help me with it i'll be thankful .
Most people have determined that the only way to keep the valves open all the time is pull the fuse. For 14's I believe it is #41. 15's and 16's #42. Plenty of threads to choose from that will also show you pictures of exactly which one to pull. Mine has been out for 2 years and never looked back...
Or... you can follow Theta's thread on installing an "add a fuse" and switch and make the "Loud" switchable on anytime you want. Fantastic way to be rude and obnoxious at your demand!

if i pulled the fuse the 5 mode's will be all the same sound you mean as if it will be always on the sport mode ?
well the sound after the headers and the X-pipes are so cool & loud but i wish if there is any other way that i can use the valves just like before
well its the same problem i believe ..
im not sure but i think that cuz the air pressure changed and being strong mybe this is a safety system from the car it self??
i just assumed that diagnoses im not sure if any one had an expert with this problem please help us
i understand that if i pull the fuse the car will be only with the loud sound right ?
Yes, this statement is correct.
I did as one person mentioned above and wired a switch to be able to control it manually. This way the system works like factory with the fuse in, flip the switch and it's like you pulled the fuse and the exhaust remains open all the time.

No, I don't think it needs any reprogramming. I would try first what others recommended and pull fuse 41 or 42 so you can hear what it sounds like open all of the time and make sure you are going through all gears and it sounding as you expect it to.
If that works, and you want to be able to have more control over it manually you can add a switch yourself. What this switch will do is allow your car to operate like it does when it comes from the factory in all of the modes. That is it will be quiet in Touring, open in Sport until a certain RPM level and open in Track all of the time until the RPM's drop to 1400-1700 (I can't recall the exact #). But if you flip the switch it will behave as though you pulled the fuse and the exhaust will remain open the entire time. There is a very detailed thread on here for this simple modification if it interests you.
