Default Slight engine miss at idle?

My 2014 C7 manual seems to have a slight miss when idling? Has anyone else experience this? It seems I can feel and hear the engine miss at idle when I am sitting in the car.

It also seem to have a slight miss/hesitation every so often when I am cursing at highway speeds in eco mode.

I am plan on taking it to the dealership, but i wanted to get others thoughts/experiences.

Valves probably coked up pretty good and need to be cleaned.

Possible but unlikely. For many of us this is happening brand new.

I doubt it. It has had this miss in it since it brand new, and the car only has 2600 miles on it now.

i know mine has had a rough idle from day one, and hesitation.

Not really a fan of the lack of fine tuning that went into the c7 OEM calibration

Same here.

The M7 factory idle speed is set at 600 rpm. When I tuned it, I raised it up just a little....to 650 rpm. That seemed to help smooth it out. The A6 idle speed is set higher.

This is the same subject the poster put in C7 General Discussion and I'll give the same answer.

Obviously the younger guys don't know about hot cams and rough running lope at idle. The lope is the result of valve timing overlap and goes away with increased rpm's. That's one of the ways you get increased performance out of an engine

rock and roll it's all good.
Are you driving in eco when you feel the hesitation on the highway?
If yes it's V4 to V8 change-normal.
