Buttons below Nav screen stop working
Anyone else had this issue?
When using my nav screen, usually like changing the radio station, it suddenly becomes sluggish, (like click a radio station, then click another, they both highlight and nothing happens), then the physical buttons directly below the nav screen stop responding. (the menu, home, fwd, rev, back button etc.)
That has happened for an afternoon or a couple of days...stop restart does not always correct it...just the next day or so they all work again?
Of course, now at the dealer it is not doing it...ugh.
I did a short video clip of the issue when it occurred last I'll try to include here below. Not sure how to embed a video like I have seen in other threads.

I just hate it when something breaks but then works fine by the time I get it to the shop. I just know it will do it again the day after the warranty expires!
Took it to the dealer, they did some sort or reset \ reprogram on it.
I was also having trouble with the "HD" radio stations always cutting out and "searching for signal" all the time...They said the reset should alleviate that as well...we'll see.
Never had HD radio, only sat, which did the same thing.
Is this also common with HD reception?

Mine did that too. It was after using the touchscreen navigation. I'm not sure if they are related but its not doing it now after shutting the car off. I found it rather annoying. Mine is a 14'
