Dash reads 2.9 volts when I shut the engine off??

Dash reads 2.9 volts when I shut the engine off??
I had my 2016 vert in recently and had a Magnussen supercharger installed and a tune. The car runs fine but whenever I shut the engine off the voltage reading drops to 2.9 volts and I get a low battery reading. When I start the engine it immediately jumps to 14 volts and everything seems OK. My tuner so far has not been able to figure it out. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Thanks for the replies, there is one more thing in play on my car. I now get a low battery message on the dash every time I shut the car off and restart it. This began when the supercharger was installed. I thought the 2.9 volt reading was the reason, but evidently my car probably did this from day one and I did not notice it (I had no reason to look for it when there were no fault messages on the dash). I can post pictures of the message if anyone wants.

I've never gotten that warning and I am tuned now. Something isn't normal if this warning just started popping up after you got a tune.

When I returned to Canada I took the car back to my original dealer and they found a problem with one of the battery cables. I suspect it may have been damaged during the supercharger install. Anyway they replaced one of the cables and I have not had the low battery message since.
