Default C7 500hp?

I want to gain 500hp on my corvette c7 z51 manual 2016, will long tube headers 1/7 8 arh non catted, halltech air intake, msd intake manifold, katech throttle body and a tune will it give me to 500hp? Or anyone gained 500hp with other mods but without a cam only bolt ons?

That will get you 500 at the crank. I have LG Super Pro's, AFE, ported TB and intake. On Doug Rippies conservative dyno it made 435 at the wheel, I am guessing closer to 450. The guys running E85 are getting 470ish at the wheel.

Couple observations. My car is considerably faster. 1st gear is explosive, 2nd gear pulls like crazy, and where 3rd always felt weak to me, it now pulls hard. Sound is unbelievable. I have NPP, and with the race cats, it screams. I asked people running catless if they liked that set up, and I got some pretty negative feedback. They said the fuel smell was bad, and it didn't sound good running without cats.

I forget which forum shop dyno'd ARH long tubes with and without cats, and the difference was like 1 HP. Do some research, I think you will be happier running race cats with your headers.

Bottom line, if you get a good tune with your above mentioned mods I think you will be very pleased. Got to run, time to wake up the neighbors

I have those mods you mentioned plus e85, ported heads and cam and make 533rwhp and 487rwtq.
I have the 8spd auto.

E85 is nice but more for insurance though. Did not see that much gain in hp. Boosted applications benefit much more.
Good tires with bolt-ons will really wake the car up like Dovervold said.
With a tune, cai and e85 i ran 11.18 on street tires.

I just added a ported throttle body and gained 1hp. I'd save your money unless you get a 102 tb to go on the Msd intake.
Just my $0.02

You can get close to 500 motor hp (but not at the wheels) with just a good tune. (Stock is 465 hp with NPP.)

I've got pretty much the same mods as you've listed and my car is a z51 m7 as well..
Here's a quick rundown:

Arh 1 7/8 lt's w/catted mids
Steck e85 sensor
Halltech cai
Katech ported throttle body
Fasterproms ported manifold
Akra axleback

See graph below for results. If I had to do over again I wouldn't have wasted the cash on the throttle body as pretty much no gains and several out there having issues. As someone mentioned above I wouldn't mind trying out the nick Williams 102. I'd also like to see how the msd manifold would fair against my ported one as well may get you pretty close!! Good luck

Kiley, got to love that torque curve. Your base line was 430/430, what mods did you have at that time?

Yes the torque is awesome I love these lt1's!!! My baseline was 430/430 the car was bone stock with 800 miles on her at the time with the exception of forgeline wheels and Toyo r888 tires. Would have loved to do a step by step instal and dyno to see what each mod truly gained but was to anxious to get my car back lol.. Later this summer plan to add the famous sc and meth combo
