$350 for a T-stat, or about $800 or less for a new huge radiator. Think the radiator is a much better buy.

The billet housing to hold the traditional thermostat is what costs the money.

Yeah, the early ones had issues from what I heard but that has been solved. Most of the cost came from the billet housing, not the thermostat itself.

If you are moderately handy you can use the stock thermostat assembly but with the aftermarket bulb replacing the stock one.

This doesn't have the gasket failure issues of the aftermarket assemblies.

I saw MightyMouse detailed posting about his issues and solutions for the thermostat. I just went with the LMR one and they were close to me and any issues, I'll take it up with them locally.
