Default Shifting jerk sensation

Hello,
I was wondering has anyone else had a problem with shifting into reverse while holding the brake for about 5 seconds and feeling your corvette give a jerk sensation? 2015 stingray 2lt is what i have and i've took it back to dealership but they seem to think this is normal. I just want to see if this is common or do i need to go higher up to get my issue resolved.

I think what you are feeling is the hill hold feature letting go of the brakes.

The dealership worked on it before and chevy has a bulletin out about it. Just i still feel the sensation but not as bad as i did before. Dealership say it's normal but i don't think so, i should have any jerking sensation going into a gear. Before the jerk would almost jerk your head when going into reverse. I'll have to drive another corvette to see if it does the same.
