Is there any aftermarket product that I can use to replace my cupholder with to stop my drinks from falling over? If I have a tall cup in my cupholder I will have a spill any kind of moderate breaking. It is driving me crazy. I can't even pick accelerate from a stoplight about having to hold my cup my right hand and shift with my left!
Performing as designed. Its a feature!
If the cup is in your right hand and you are shifting with the left, what's holding the steering wheel?

It's not a perfect solution, but my car is my daily driver and this bothered me as well, so I purchased two of these. They fit fairly well into the space with the divider in place and the cover will still shut after they mold to the space. The downside is they conform so well, they come out with the cup or bottle a lot of times if you don't glue them down. I also think some Velcro would work for a less permanent solution, but it's not been a big enough deal for me to bother with. They slip right back in when the cup/bottle is returned and keep it from falling over, so I'm satisfied.

That is great. I can't make out the item number on it. Was that from a gm website? Any further details are appreciated!
I found a metal go cup at the local Giant grocery store that doesn't taper at the bottom like most. It is a perfect fit for my C7 cup holder.... but it won't fit in my Tacoma. So I have another one (Thermos brand) for that. I'll have to check the brand of the one that fits the C7 when I get home from vacay and post it.

This is what I did and works better than not having anything.

Use some 3m double faced tape to hold the cup holder in place.
