I have a 2016 ZO6 that had a differential whine with light acceleration, GM replaced it and it is quite. I noticed right away after they installed the new differential when going from forward to reverse more of a clunk. Now when I'm going about 20-30 mph and let of the gas and then accelerate it clunks and it never did it with the first differential. This is a A8, anybody else notice excessive play in their differential. Is this something that GM would replace the differential for or what kind of play do they allow?
