I'm getting a sound similar to that only on rough pavement. Seems like it is coming from the right rear on my car. Drives me nuts! I get under the car and can't find anything loose. It is not suspension, but it sounds like something loose knocking around as the sound constantly repeats on a rough road. But when I hit a bump, it doesn't make the noise only when the road flexes the car back and forth do I hear it.
IME, aluminum frame sports cars such as Corvettes and Ferraris, though quite rigid, display a certain amount of initial flex which can be felt when taking inclines at an angle or hitting bumps that stress the frame torsionally. This flex transfers to interior bits and pieces which can squeak and creak. Compared to a very rigid unibody car like a Porsche 997 or 991, an aluminum frame car may not feel or sound as solid.
Agreed..used to have an expensive aluminum mountain bike, when you leaned into the pedal man would that thing creak!
Noisy vettes, cant break tradition! The more advanced cars get the more you seem to hear as some can be awful quiet inside.
Had this creaking develop in the last few months when attacking a sloped surface at an angle. Roof on/off doesn't matter. Was on in first video and off in second.
Thinking maybe something swaybar related? Bushings/endlinks? I don't know. Car literally went out of 3/36k warranty 9 days ago.
