Default Help!!!!

Tonight I shut off my car and the fan kept running and wouldn't go off. Also the coolant gauge is dead stick not reading along with the digital gauge reads 0. It has to be a temperature sensor somewhere? Because I have an external temp gauge and my coolant temperature is perfect. Anyone know where that sensor is located? Thank you!

Probably not the sensor. Do you have a 160 degree thermostat? If so, you need to turn off the "engine undertemp" code off.

This is accurate. I would look here first before spending money on unnecessary parts.

Did that - car has been working perfect for a year. Just started yesterday and the dash gauges are reading 0 now, they were all working for the last year now no reading on them.

Then I would say its time to buy a sensor. Take a picture of how bad the sensor hits the bracket. I bet one of the guys from ECS will chime in. Doug and Chris are pretty good about helping with this type of stuff.

There is actually a notch cut out of one of the braces on the bracket that goes around the sensor. I reached out to ECS on their website but haven't heard back yet..

Thanks for your feedback
