Hello, Anybody have trouble with Hawk brand brake pads loose and rattling in calipers in back brakes of 2016 C7? Looks like the pads are scoring the CCB rotors. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
Hello Adam, I have Carbotech XP10 brake pads on the front and purchased two front sets from you. They are working out great! As far as the Hawk DTC-70 brake pads, I found the GM part number (23198750) and looked at Hawkperformance.com. to find the Hawk part number (HB632U.586) for the brake pads. Hawk referenced this GM part number for the Hawk replacement brake pad. So, Hawk says the pads are for my C7. Thanks for your comment and next time I will purchase Carbotech pads from you so the pads match.

Do you have Carbon Ceramic rotors on your car? If so I highly recommend not using any DTC serious pads. Those pads tear up iron rotors so, I could imagine what they would do to a CCB rotor.
