Gear swap
Can you install the 2.73 gears that come in a Z51 in a base Stingray? If you can, do you need to replace the stock limited slip differential with the electronic one that is used in the Z51, or can you just swap the gears and keep the Stingray's original limited slip differential?

From what I was told you can't do it. But that came from someone in here. The diff;s set up inside some way on the z51 set up and not z51.
But was told as long as you chg out part that both are z51 to z51 are not z51 to non z51 they would work.
I want to get a 3:42 gear set up in my a6 z51 but with low to mid 600 rwhp the spiders gears are breaking in these car. Due to only having two gears in them so will wait until RPM comes out with the set up with 4 in the housing. Will do all of that at one time.
