CD player

Does anyone know if you can power a portable cd player off of the C7 battery?

It's called a USB Memory Stick

Just burn them to a memory stick.

Well, you question wasn't very specific either. What kind of CD player? A small Walkman type or a getto blaster?

But in general, yes, a 12v 750A-hr battery can power a CD player, for a while.
