Bilstein HD Shocks now on base car!
So....Been looking for reviews on other shock options for the base car,
Nothing but Z51 shocks, which I was not comfortable with. Already
had the Z51 bars on which really helped putting on the power
early in a turn. Base shocks has to go. Just had the Bilstein HDs
put on at the Chevy dealer.So much better! Corvette tech also
had the same impression. The ride is as good as the base but the car felt
better planted on the way home thru the Virgin Rive Gorge(I-15) from St.
George Ut. to Mesquiite, Nv. Had HDs on my 2009 base C6 with Z51 bars
and Michelin SS. Great autocross setup. So we will see next month in Vegas how my 2014 fares.
