Auto unlock problem
Lately have been experiencing the problem when trying to open doors in the morning. I'll try to open either door and nothing happens.
Once I use FOB to unlock its fine for the rest of the day and may even works the following morning but it will show up again in a few days.
Car is a 2014 Z51. Any chance its the FOB battery? Have not received any DIC messages

This is a longshot, but I wonder if you car battery is aging? With a weak battery, the car might be starting to shut down optional features. Sounds crazy, but I had one car that did just exactly this, and the remote sensors to unlock the doors were one of the first to go. The easy way to check is to just plug in a battery tender to top of your battery and see if the door sensors come back on line.
PS: Timing might be about right for the car battery to be aging, if it's the original battery.

How about a marginal car battery? Driving charges it fully during the day and it discharges overnight. Your battery is 3 years old.
Do you have the problem if you have the car on a battery maintainer overnight?
Lots of odd intermittent electrical problems have been reported due to low / old batteries.
