Tow hook for Z51 front

Does anyone have a tow hook on the front of their Z51? If so where and how does it go on? Any details or instructions on this would be helpful...

I had to have my Z51 loaded on a rollback from the Dragstrip last Saturday when I broke a right rear drive axle...it was hit and miss on the driver being able to find a place for his tow chain and I was worried about messing up my lower front spoiler...if I had a hook on the front next time it would be no problem loading on a rollback...

The receiver hole is on the far left side of the grill.

I have a hook I carry from ZL1 addons.

This is how it looks.

Part of the grill pops off which allows you to access the threaded hole. When putting it back in make sure it is secure. There have been several people posing here who lost the insert.

I look at that exact spot but mine has a solid black cover over that area...I messed with parts of my grill to see if any part comes out but was afraid to break something.
I have a 2014 Z51.... is something different on mine? I sure would like to find that so it would make everything so much easier ....what do you think?

You can buy the best tow hook from the place the one guy has said above in here. But need the bracket also from them to weld are drill holes and bolt it into place.

May be but I have not seen one piece of the grill that pops out in the grill. Plus it goes on the far right side not the left side. How you tell the left from the right is setting in the car drivers side is left pass side is right.

If you car didn't come with one that is the hook up you have to cut the inner part of the stuff the under side of the front bumper no big deal then weld r drill 2 holes to bolt it into place.

Obviously the first poster in the thread did not realize the section popped out.

US spec Cars which have tow hook receivers:

Z51s (Dec 2014 production (2015 MY) and newer)
Z06 since start of production
GS since start of production
