I am sure this has been discussed a million times.
Any preferences on a device?
How do they affect warranty?

I use inTune i2. Some say dealer can tell some say they can't.
Had the car flashed after I put it back to stock, they didn't say anything.

I understand flashing to be reprogrammed, in this case, back to stock.
Was that something you did with the device?
Or did you take it somewhere?

I believe his response meant:
He had a canned tune in the car.
He pulled the canned tune when he went to the dealer and put it back to stock.
The dealer did not go ape **** and scream about the ECM being tuned or traces of a tune.
The dealer did a flash of the ECM to do some update.
The owner then probably put the tune back in to the ECM.

Eureka! Sorry if I was unclear. Update at the dealer was for the TCM but they did the ECM also.
I put the car back to stock before going to the dealer.
inTune didn't recognize the TCM so I couldn't tune it.
Had the TCM updated at the dealer who updated the ECM also.
inTune still didn't recognize the TCM so I downloaded the file from the car and sent it to Diablosport.
a few days later they sent me an email of a file for the TCM. I then updated the device and tuned the transmission.
All is good now so far. Firmer shifts feels much better.
Support at Diablosport has been good so far for me.
