Do I have launch control

I have a 2014 z51 with no magnetic ride control. Do I have launch control? If I do I can't figure it out for the life of me. I even went to the dealer and they are of no help at all. Please help

Yes, put the car in Track mode. Hit the center button twice. Apply brake HARD, go FULL throttle as fast as possible. The RPMs will hold at about 2200, release the brake peddle quickly and you'll launch.

That I know, but after I hit the button twice am I supposed to see competitive mode display in the DIC? I'm not seeing any such messages

Yes, I am in track mode
I even made sure my tire pressure was correct

IIRC it's three clicks on the traction control button while in track mode to enable it. Also, the manual in your glove box should help

I thought it was just two clicks like it says in the manual, but I'll try three, thanks

It's two clicks. Wait 1-2 seconds between clicks. I don't remember what the DIC display is tho. I'm not able to search right noow, but I think there's a Youtube video that shows it.

DIC says competitive mode for about a second and message goes away.

Edit: its two clicks, first is traction control off then stability control off. Watch the dash, both will illuminate in orange when they are off. Then competitive mode displays in DIC and disapears.
