2017 Diablosport tunes

Has anyone been able to install the new 17 tunes Diablo finally released? Mine keeps saying ECM failed to read after it creates the backup

I got mine to work but Diablo had to reset my tuner.

No I called them, sent a couple of files then they walk you through the reset process.

We have been getting around this with a reset, seems if you try to tune the 17s before the tool is updated it gets it stuck in a weird spot. Resetting then reselecting the vehicle tends to help.

The update can be done right out of the box over the internet once I get it correct?

Plug it into your computer with the USB cable and the rest should be automatic

Got it - updated it, had to download an ignition file but worked great, super fast, nice choices on tune set up for a canned tune, Very satisfied.

I still am wondering if my I 1000 can be updated to work on my '18 with A8. It is the tranny tune I'm most interested in and I believe that still isn't supported. Mike?

No.. the intune i1000 was discontinued over a year ago now.. no new updates for it, no new vehicle support..

for 2016.5 and newer, you will need the inTune i2 i2030 or the Trinity. but correct, the 2018's are not even supported yet at all.
