LMR thermostat
ive been to their webpage but I cant find the thermostat link to purchase. does anyone have the link to the page? I want to upgrade to a 170-180 thermostat thanks

it is an entire unit. the housing has been machines out of billet aluminum. the aftermarket thermostat only have seal issues and cause the car to overhear. so 319 for a functioning thermostat that will not fail in the middle of no where is worth it

There have been lots of reported failures with the 30-60 dollar thermostats right back to 2013 when the C7 came out (also when there were no other options for a thermostat on the LT1 except to change the housing). I had the LMR unit in my 2014 and also one in my 2016 Z06 and never had an issue. I assume I will be putting one in my 2017 Z06 now as well, I just have to wait and see what myself decides to do, my left and right hemispheres are supposed to have a quick meeting here in a few days.
