Si, I have read a lot in here, it's great for information.... but I still am unclear if I have npp or not..... it's a 2017 corvette stingray
I do have the control in the centeral display for stealth, sport and track etc... but when switching between them, I don't really hear too much difference, if at all.... I also pulled the fuse (41 or 42), and don't seem to hear a difference.... how can I definitely know whether I have it?

from what you explained you Don't have NPP for sure.
Moving from eco/Touring to Sport/track is very very noticable.. the car gets louder at idle and WOT
Go to the rear of the car and look inside at the L & R outermost pipes.
If you see a valve/flap,you have it.
If you don't,you don't.

Another way -- Just bend down and look at the short section of pipe connecting the muffler to the tips.
*If you see an actuator or *any* kind of 'gizmos' on the outer pipes, you've got NPP.
*If you see just plain pipe between the muffler and the tip-- no NPP.
