Default Transmission and rear end service

I haven't made a maintenance or service for my z51 c7 since i got it back in early 2015, the car have about 17k miles on it,

I didn't take it to the dealer since it was like 10k miles, the car is overseas.

Its says after 45k miles transmission fluid should be changed

On all my cars with manual trans, I try to change rear diff fluid before 5,000 and trans before 15,000. After that I will go further, but depends on how I drive. If the car is run on the track the rear diff is supposed to be changed every 24 hours of track time.

Rather than start a new thread, I'll just jump in here. What is recommended for "severe duty" oil for the trans and diff? By severe duty I mean aggressive street driving and drag trips. *Not* road tracking, HPDE, etc.

Synthetic? Factory recommend? Purple drank?
