Need to torque steering rack. Found spec sheet but it's not obvious to me what they call the ends of the rack. Below is the part I need to torque and below that are the two pages of torque specs. If someone could tell me what that part is called and of course the torque spec I would appreciate it....

If what your referring to is the nut on top of the link from thr rack to the upright, then it is 22 ftlbs and rotate 120* after reaching this torque
You can buy a degree wheel to fit your wrench.
