Which would you do first ?

I have a '17 z06 7m and my question is regarding a granatelli expansion tank and a new bigger heat exchanger. My goal is to be in the 680-700ish rwhp, to make this power do I need both or can I safely operate and attain sufficient IAT's with only the expansion tank.

Look at the LMR expansion tank, Also look at the LG exchanger.

Thanks, I ended up going with the weapon x xchanger and granatelli
