Considering that I had to replace my front tires of my non Z51 C7 because the inside tread had gone down to cord while the outside tread was still good for another 5 to 10 thousand miles, is it worth while to dismount and reverse the front tires at about 10 to 15 thousand miles? The car was in perfect alignment and had not been raced or abused. Mainly city and highway miles.
Have it realigned with less aggressive specs. They can push it to the edge of factory spec, or just go custom. Have toe set near zero with minimal negative camber. The OEM tires are asymmetrical with an inside and outside so they can't be flipped like a direction tire in the manner you mentioned.

They can be moved left to right (no dismount needed), but of course not front to rear
