Pdr turning off
I'm experiencing an issue when using the PDR for extended periods of time (on trips).
Starting off with a fresh 32GB, series 10, Fat 32 formatted Scandisk SD card showing 785 minutes of recordable time; the PDR will shut off before recording 100 minutes.
It does this everytime, constistantly, within a few seconds of 1 hr 39m 39sec.
I have tried 3 different sd cards with the same result. I don't believe this is normal, dealer hasn't a clue.
Anyone have any insight?
Thanks in advance.

Of course it will take some talking to get past the usual first, second or third persons who answer the phone.

This has been well established in numerous posts, so a quick search will explain that the system has 4GB partitions that will stop the recording at about 99 to 100 minutes.
So....100 minutes is a fairly long time to be continuously driving unless you're on a x-country trip, so if you do plan to drive longer than that before taking a pit stop, just set at alarm at about 90 minutes or so to remind yourself to simply touch the "Stop Recording" button, then immediately touch the "Start Recording" button. You won't lose more than a couple seconds of video recording your trip.
