Performance data recorder retro fit ?

I have a 2016 and 2017 2lt stingray

if if I get a hold of the parts....

can I retro fit the performance data recorder ?

The dealers are clueless..

This is correct. Cannot be retrofitted. The car itself does not contain the wiring in the harness to add it in.

Bummer -Thanks for that info .. would you know what month and year the data recoder was started in production ? 9-2016 ? I need to start shopping for a used lt3 vette with the recorder/

Its available in all 2015+ models as an option.

if you had a GM factory service manual,time,wire,and every part, a PDR needs,,you could add it,but it would need factory programming,probably could get done
