Any vendor that can program a new ECU?
Any vendor that can program a new ecu w/o the car just the box?
I have a flooded car and need new ecu.

I would imagine you would need to get this done at a certified Chevy dealer. I’m sure the firmware coding is proprietary.

Try contacting Chuck at CoW. I believe he can do it, he has ECUs in stock, just need your VIN number. Give him a call.

The software is available to anyone who wants to pay for the tools and subscription.

I should be able to do it for you, but some of the CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION, BRAKE PEDAL POSITION, and Crank Learn
functions will need to be performed locally with a scan tool.
The ECM will leave here FLASHED & UPDATED and I'll disable the theft system unless you can do it down there.
